Geo-Logic

Operating from Temple, Texas, Geo-Logic focuses on research, to ensure potential projects are chosen carefully and strategically, providing the greatest probability for success.  Geo-Logic’s geologists typically analyze 30 to 50 projects before selecting one that meets their requirements.  Only wells that meet strict criteria will be recommended to the Group.  Geo-Logic is headed by professional geologist John Soberhad.  John’s accomplishments in the oil and gas industry are immense, including:

John Soberhad
• Geology degree from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire
• Developed numerous fields including Serpentine Trend of South Texas and Miocene-Frio-Yegua Gas Trend of South Texas
• Developed prospects for Union Texas Petroleum and Total
• Managed and supervised exploration program while discovering new field in Morocco with over 100 million reserves
• Developed 5 prospects in Gulf of Mexico with Maxus / Repsol

• 22-year member of American Association of Petroleum Geologists
• Over 20 new oil and gas field discoveries

“After three years of exhaustive research, I believe the Texas Syndicate to have huge potential.”

Leon Galloway
Leon Galloway has been a “landman”  for over 25 years.  His responsibilities to The Group include negotiating land leases, purchases and sales of producing oil and gas properties, and procurement of equipment, among others.  His expertise as an industry veteran are invaluable in keeping TOGA projects on schedule and cost-efficient.

David Cowen
David Cowen performs the critical field task of running the drilling rig.  TOGA benefits from the real-world experience of this lifetime oil man to do exactly what he and his family have been doing for over 90 years!

• 3rd generation driller in family that has been drilling wells since 1914
• Honed experience as driller and toolpusher on wells averaging 12,000’ deep with Nabors Drilling (the largest drilling company in the world)
