TOGA Exploration, Inc.

Headquartered in Texas, TOGA is headed by Texans Jeff Evans and Dan Mulligan. TOGA works closely with The Group to market projects with the greatest potential to investors. The criteria for handling projects are simple: lower risk, with good returns likely. TOGA handles all contact with investors, from providing basic information and formalizing investments, to keeping investors informed of project status and overseeing distribution.

Jeff Evans

With a formal education in Geology and Petroleum Engineering at Texas A&M University, Jeff has worked in virtually every capacity in the field, from workover rigs and drilling rigs, to roust-a-bout services. His experience working with an oil field supply company gives Jeff an intimate knowledge of all working components of drilling operations. An active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Jeff’s entire career has been connected to the recovery of oil reserves.

Dan Mulligan

Dan Mulligan could correctly be referred to as the glue that bonds The Group. Dan spent many years brokering deals between wholesalers and sellers in the oil and gas business, and was instrumental in designing a process to bring the investor closer to the drilling operation, and eliminating the middleman. Dan handles the marketing and administrative functions for TOGA.

After raising multi-millions through his efforts for Salado Oil Company, Dan and Jeff Evans agreed to cutting out the middlemen and promoters. This has minimized costs and maximized returns for our investors. It also gives the investor direct contact to the field. At TOGA, our investors are fellow owners, and are treated as such.

Over 60% of income in marketing in 2005 came from existing clients investing in additional wells. One in five new clients in 2005 were referrals from existing clients.

Salado Oil

Noel Scully, head of Salado Oil Company, has been a registered operator with the State of Texas for over 25 years. Much like a general contractor manages a building project, Salado Oil Company subcontracts and manages all drilling operations in the field. Salado Oil also handles the sale of oil and gas, and distribution of funds to The Group. The Group frequently leverages Noel’s business and accounting experience when evaluating potential well projects and investment strategies.

Noel Scully

Noel began his oil career as an investor in west central Texas. Spurred on by his early success, he became an operator, cutting his teeth in the Ft. Worth basin where he experienced his first new-field discovery. After years of drilling in upper Texas and the Gulf Coast, he has come full circle back to the Ft. Worth Basin and is once again “dancing with the girl that brung me!” where he is intimately familiar with the formations that contain oil and gas.
