Toga Exploration, Inc. is a private energy company that was founded by a group of individuals and companies with many years of oil and gas experience.  We look to leverage the resources of a handful of industry veterans that we refer to as "The Group" to provide expertise in the many facets of our business.  The Group allows us to execute our plans quickly and efficiently, thereby facilitating higher and faster returns for our investors.  The Group works as independent producers of oil and gas and have come together to bring decades of expertise to the table for the benefit of our investors.  We work solely in the state of Texas and are the managing entity for many of our programs and projects.   Our Mission statement for our companies is the steady revenue growth and lowering of tax liabilities for our investors and ourselves.  We prospect in areas where we have found plentiful reserves, past performance, that should average 1-5 year payouts, and the longevity to produce for 10-20 years.
